Bridging industry and government on India's tech policy agenda

Rishabh Ahuja — Tech & Industrial Policy professional

About

I work at the intersection of industry and government — helping translate complex policy and regulatory challenges into outcomes that matter for India's tech and electronics ecosystem.

Currently at ICEA, India's apex electronics industry body, I manage policy advocacy and government relations across Union Ministries for 80+ global and domestic companies.

Born and brought up in Delhi, politics and policy wasn't in my family — but I guess the environment willed me into it. I have become who I am through a million different experiences, and chance encounters — all of them making me appreciate the scale of impact we can do to help improve people's lives.

Outside of work, I'm thinking and writing about AI governance, India's place in the global technology order, and the bigger questions that sit underneath the policy debates (AKA Philosophy). You'll find that in the Blogs and on my Substack.
